A malfunctioning shower drain made for a rushed showering experience, and the patio looked unkempt.

i was quite surprised to find my deluxe family suite littered with dust, clearly no one thought to clean, or perhaps they just didn’t care. the hot tub was under maintenance, which was quite unfortunate for my relaxing evening. i guess they just reserve special treatment for their favorite guests. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Amazing stay in a unique spot!
This place was so cool! The hot tub was super relaxing after exploring Sintra, and having the snooker table was a fun surprise. The showers were refreshing, with crazy good pressure. My only issue was navigating those narrow streets – parking can be a pain! But the views are totally worth it. Also, dinner was delish!
